Administrative Duties:

  • Answer and direct telephone calls to appropriate staff daily.
  • Greet and direct visitors, clients, and listeners daily.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, stamp and prepare outgoing mail.
  • Enter sales orders and/or change orders into the traffic system accurately and timely.
  • Ensure correct documentation is turned in with orders per station guidelines.
    • Examples: Trade agreements, contract approvals, and credit applications.
  • Generate and print daily traffic logs by using station requirements including sports and tournament logs.
  • Keep files and other paperwork up to date, including but not limited to the sales cabinet and order book.
  • Generate and mail monthly invoices.
  • Prepare receivables for deposits bi-weekly.
  • Update company websites and prepare posts
  • Traffic fill-in for sister station office managers in their absences.
  • Receive, investigate, and answer client billing and payment questions.
  • Perform Credit Checks for new clients if requested by sales staff and management.
  • Attend station events as scheduled by management.
